Oasis Career Foundation is an NGO operating within the district. On the 24th December, 2018 they organized an educative program for the youth in the on the harmful consequences of drugs and teenage pregnancy. The participant mainly included JHS/SHS students.
The DCE, Hon Emmanuel Kofi Agyeman graced the occasion and advised the youth against illicit drug use if they want to reach their goal in life.
